Went to get an oil change and pulled up to the first open bay and waited…and waited….and waited. I watched one man come around and look at my car, and then walked back off. I then decided to move over to the other bay in which he was working at figuring that the may have the one that I previously was sitting at was closed…and then again I waited…and waited… and waited. The second man I saw was working in the third bay. I seen him look at me then looked away shortly after. After some more waiting the two men began talking to one another, and the first man I seen motioned to my vehicle and asked the other man “What do they want?…” the second man replied by shrugging his shoulders as by saying “He didn’t know”… then they both began to laugh. I drove off and will not be back. We just moved here this year and the is first impression made a mark.

On Oct 4, 2025 and Oct 6, 3025, I asked for the tire center to check my tires for leaks because I had a low tire indicator on my vehicle's warning lights. The first attempt, Oct 4, the woman said, yes we can do that but there's a 3 and a half hour wait because all 3 of ya'll decided to come in at the same time. A smart attitude. So I left and decided to return Monday, Oct 6. Same person asked me what I needed and I asked if they could check my tires because I had a low air warning. She said which tire. I said I thought the front tires looked low but wanted all 4 looked at. She said we don't have time to check all 4. Rude. I questioned why not and she said Give me your keys, he can hold his hand over the tire to see if there's a leak. I said if you can't check all 4 then I'll go elsewhere, which I left and went to Mavis Tire. Mavis Tire inspected all 4 tires FREE and were nice about it. I always purchase tires at Walmart AND most of our shopping at this location. But I am DONE with this rude bunch. I tried to call to complain, they don't answer the phone either. I called the corporate number, got someone who struggled with understanding me and was zero help. What happene

So for some reason you can buy tires and installation but when you go to get the tires and installation, they tell you they can't mount tires on aftermarket rims? I literally drove the car to them on aftermarket rims with old tires so I am pretty sure there isn't an issue with the rims. Of course no has the decency to tell you this before your appointment. I sure would love to have an explanation as to why the tires could not be installed on my rims.

I had a really bad flat tire and the technicians found that it was a cracked/bent rim. They let me leave my car there until it came in the next day and made sure they took great care of my car once the rim arrived. They were courteous, professional, and most of all understanding. That made the process so much less frustrating. Great team with great service.
